AVAILABILITY
To insure models will be available we request advanced
notice for all bookings, interviews, castings and auditions.
NEW CLIENTS
The responsible party is required to complete the booking
information off of our website once models have been put
(on avail) for specific dates. PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE
PRIOR TO FILLING OUT THE BOOKING FORM. A photo copy of
the responsible party’s driver’s license must be faxed
to Dominique Model and Talent. The responsible party must
also fax a signature of approval on our confirmation invoice
to complete our booking process. A 10% deposit is mandatory
for all new clients. A 30% deposit is required upfront
from clients based out of the country. The remaining balance
is due within 10 days after the job completion.
RATES
All models rates are based on an individual basis. Rates
are determined on models resume, experience and titles.
Rates are broken up in two shifts. Full day shifts are
(8 hours) and half day shifts are (4 hours). Print and
usage rates will be determined on a per project basis.
This means models are to be compensated their day rate
per shoot day plus a possible buyout rate. Buyout rates
vary depend on the length of time image/s will be used,
as well as material usage. Dominique Model and Talent
represents union talent as well as non union talent. Non
union rates are basied on a per project basis. Overtime
will be charged for any booking before 9:00 am and after
6:00 pm.
PAYMENTS
All payments are made to Dominique Model and Talent only.
Models are NOT paid directly by the client and this practice
is totally unacceptable. IN THE PURSUIT OF PAYMENT, LEGAL
FEES OR THE COLLECTION OF PAYMENT, LAWSUIT OR ANYTHING
FINANCIALLY INCURRED TO DOMINIQUE MODEL AND TALENT, THE
SOLE RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE THAT OF THE CLIENT. PAYMENTS
ARE REQUIRED WITHIN A 10 DAY PERIOD OF THE INVOICE DATE
UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.
AGENCY FEE
A 20% agency service fee will be factored in to all bookings
and usage fees.
HOURLY BOOKINGS A Minimum of 4 hours on all bookings.
Length of time must be stated at time of booking. A model
must be paid for the full amount of time that they are
booked, even if they are not used for the full amount
of the booking time.
CLIENTS
Clients must specify exactly what is required of models
prior to booking. Failure to inform agency of models duties
will result in additional fees and renegotiation of contract.
TESTS
No usage except for self-promotion for the photographer
and model. All usage to be negotiated through Dominique
Model and Talent.
RELEASE'S
Models can not sign a photographic release without permission
from Dominique Model and Talent. Any release signed by
the model without consent of Dominique Model and Talent
will be null and void.
VIOLATION
If a model feels intimidated, violated, or threatened
at anytime, she has the right to leave immediately, you
will not receive a refund of your 10% deposit and you
will be billed for the amount of time model worked.
BOOKING INFORMATION
Upon receiving booking information, Dominique Model and
Talent will email a confirmation invoice to you. This
invoice needs to be signed, dated and faxed back to our
office to complete our booking process. Submitted booking
information will be emailed to models being hired.
